Superstar's 27th Wedding Anniversary (26/02/2008) was celebrated in a handicapped children's home in Chennai recently.

In continuation of the society friendly celebrations, Chennai fans called LIC Unit Rajinifans under its president Sridhar, celebrated Superstar's wedding anniversary in a home for handicapped children at Anna Nagar, Chennai.

A big cake was cut amidst the home children and distributed to them. And the fan club members who are working in various fields, interacted with the kids. The kids were really very happy during this occasion. It was heartening to see some mentally retarded kids showing baba mudra. Some kids, asked us to bring Superstar there. We assured that it would be conveyed. Later variety rice with sweets and savouries were distributed to the kids.

Other City reports said Triplicane fans conducted a special archana in Sri Raghavendra Samy Mutt in Triplicane & Guindy Fans distributed free food to auto drivers and other poor people in a small function organized in industrial estate. Bit notices against Child Labour were distributed on the occasion.

Fans have plunged to do more such society-friendly celebrations instead of routine way of celebrations.
