The shooting of Superstar Rajinikanth's next movie 'Petta' has been wrapped up and the legend himself shared the news "It’s a wrap for 'Petta'. 15 days ahead of schedule. I thank Sun Pictures, Karthik Subbaraj, Thirru and the entire team Involved. Here’s Wishing everyone a very happy Vijaydasami."

Karthik Subbaraj has gushed back "Thanks thalaivaaaa...Best days of my life.... Dream come true.... 'Petta' shoot wrapped... Thanks to the whole team for making this happen.... Still can't believe that I directed a Thalaivar film... All feels like a dream..."
