Q: How can I control my mind when I go for
Meditation?
A: So many persons have asked the same questions to me…they might
have thought that I am a yogi or
saint! …ha..ha..ha.. somebody tries it…initially, we can’t control
our mind…so,they suffer in inferiority
complex when they couldn’t control it… that’s wrong.. don’t care
about it…. When you get up in the morning, just fix a five
minutes…let your mind goes wherever..you just observe it…you just
continue it for some days…once you control your mind, then you can
concentrate in praying your favourite God or whatever
else, it’s like.. if you want to keep something in the box.. first
you should clear the contents which were
kept in the box.. after that only, you can keep something new
things in the box..so that’s natural..
so don’t have any inferiority complex…you just follow it..
