The 13th day ceremony of the veteran director K Balachander, who passed away recently after a long illness, was held at the Raghavendhra Kalyana Mandapam in Chennai yesterday.

The event was well-attended with stars like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Siva Kumar, Vivek, Sri Priya, singer Vani Jayaram, director Vasanth, Mani Ratnam, Saran, Trichy Siva, Pyramid Natarajan and several others participating.

K Balachander’s daughter Pushpa Kandasamy thanked everyone who attended the function and paid tributes to her late father.
